I just want t say this video helped me out a ton. I literally drove into the terminal like I had been there before. My sat nav directed me to a different route (drop off), thankfully, I had watched this video so I knew not to go that way. Everything was super easy for me. I got in at 7:35 am and was out of there by 7:50am. Thank you.

After 4 years this video was very helpful to me today, drove to Heathrow T5 for the first time, a bit anxious but followed the video spent 30 mins and paid 6pounds. Thank you very much.
