Eli has a wealth of knowledge on nutrition and his analysis makes so much sense. It is like a breath of fresh air from the commercialised - and wrong - message we get through media all day. Thanks for having him!

Are there Olympic athletes doing this I mean anyone who is high performing and thriving in their lives....
@Saundersstrong6 ай бұрын
The human physiology is not designed to be smashed and put to competition to the highest degree. To say that we should be able to compete at this level, is kind of a silly argument. When most athletes are highly over trained/stressed. When you look at their longevity, it is generally poor. We need a diet that helps us feel good , be physically capable and be resilient to disease and injury. I’m pretty sure Eli has that dialed in.
@Gabrielgrows4 ай бұрын
There is such a small percentage of the population that is even aware of this knowledge of health that the likelihood of Olympic athletes doing this is very slim. Due to culture, it is more likely to see an Olympic athlete eating a hamburger and fries than goin on a raw vegan diet. However, health is holistic, so an athlete who eats cooked food and even meat may still able to perform at high levels because they are probably doing many other things that contribute to their wellbeing, while someone who strictly eats a "perfect" raw vegan diet, may be unhealthy because they may be lacking in many other facets of their being.

Tons of value here. I relate to + appreciate hearing the bits about anger & communication. I like the shoe analogy response to shadow work. And I too hold a lot respect & gratitude for women, acknowledging also that I've been on the receiving end of a great deal of love, care and support from women throughout my life - much credit to them. Shout out to all of the women of the world, and shout out to all of the men stepping up and doing the work just like you are Loncen @loncengray8760 and you Derek! Appreciative of these podcast interviews, of the opportunity to learn from many bright souls within our community of communities, circles within a larger circle. Thank you both!

Interesting and relavant conversion. I enjoyed hearing how Natalie's experiences enable her to assist others. She's clearly helping people change their unconscious, self sabotaging behavior after learning how to apply those principles to her own life. Her history enables her to relate to people in all stages of their "hero's journey". As Jung said, - 'Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.' Kudos to Natalie and the work that she does! I admire her insights and integrity.
