Ah Wayne it was insane. People just went into overdrive. I woke up still dressed in last nights clothes to my phone going insane and people firing over donation after donation and some of the messages have been absolutely mindblowing to read. To have the impact on peoples lives just from making reaction videos is just something I never ever expected. Thank you for being here.

It’s not them dude. It’s a fake company posing as them. Had a few conversations last night. If it was them things would have been handled differently. Rico Management are a 3rd party aggressive DMCA company who just file complaints even if the person has permission or has been given permission to do something. It’s well documented all over the internet.

It strikes me at some point someone has done something to them and they are just out to cause as much upset as possible. They have struck people for making clothing with Coachella written on them but the claim was submitted in the name of Calvin Harris (the massive DJ) Etsy also suspended their store and froze them out of their earnings.

A quick search will show they have struck someone making a Tool reaction. Then they struck a tattoo artist for tattooing a Sleep Token logo and had her page suspended. They have struck Nightwish reactions posing as their label. Nightwish’ label don’t need a 3rd party to have something taken down. They just flag it and it’s gone. These guys are nothing but scammers out to cause damage to creators in multiple circles. They don’t even have a valid website or office address they don’t exist “officially”

I’m not too sure. They are posing as their management company and the only proof on the claim was a link to the official band website. Etsy have held ALL payments. Even those of orders that have already been delivered. I had just gotten my second 5 star review and they have kept those payments frozen too. I keep getting told the same thing “The only way to release the funds is to have the original claimant withdraw the claim” they are never going to do that so it looks like all that is gone. They don’t care about their sellers. I have provided proof to them in the form of a ticket and it’s been closed with the note “Our team are are working hard to reply to your counter claim” no idea when or if it will even be resolved.

@@MTNReacts that’s so ridiculous, completely shit customer service! Especially since this isn’t the first time this person has done this…I’m so sorry! I’ll try to help spread the word either way…I sent some funds your way, it’s not much (seems even less once it’s converted to GBP lol) but I may be able to send more! Hope it helps though

I know the band themselves supports fan art. I have have never once claimed it is official. The sales have all been cosplayers wanting to complete their look and the pictures received so far have been insane! If they refund the people who have already received their orders there is nothing I can do unfortunately. They aren't willing to listen to the evidence.
