I have wondered if it is possible to pull the wires out of the gimbals. Glue gimbals in place, keeping only the wiring into the camera. Much less stable video but I could still see where I was going! I enjoyed your video, I was not able to stop the camera seizures though.

The half suckered rod inside the gimbal to the camera has to be parallel to the top.if the camera

Is there a pot on all three axes to be tested the same way? And spec sheet seems to suggest accuracy of +/- 30 pcnt, which might explain some of the readings I get: 3.8k-4.5k at the balance point (same on both legs)

I have an issue after an accident the Flexible Gimbal Flat Ribbon Flex Cable broke and I ordered a new one and installed it once I install it camera because craze as it .I tried to do as KZbin videos but no luck same issue I ordered a new Gimbal Roll Arm & Motor . Thanks for helping me with troubleshooting. The potentiometer was bad and I got it within 2 days through Mouser ALPS RDC 506 (RDC506018A) for $1.39, shipping was a bit more though.

You can't help but love the dji drone For trust steadfast flight Even when you are a lame assed Newbee like me my spark is still Training me. It has over a thousand hours on it and still Flying flawlessly. Really like your videos hope you keep going I have learned allot Would like to see some spark repair if that is possible. In my case (Phantom 3 Standard),I change 3 times the cable, change 3 potentiometer to, but without success! I later discovered a defect on Pith-axis ESC Motor Circuit Board. At the contact point called HCLR_N, it was shorted! On the back of this board, several shorted pins also on the main controller chip. I bought a new and compatible board on eBay (Pith-axis ESC Motor Circuit Board), made the exchange, and miraculously, it worked perfectly !!!! :) Sorry my bad inglish
