@OhBokey thank you for your comment. Assuming you are positioning the damper correctly at the of your racket head below the last crosses string, then it would only do so fractionally and only affect that very bottom area where you wouldn't want to be striking the ball anyway. If you have a photo to share of your setup I can take a look for you.

Should be great to read a disclaimer from the beginning about who are you and why you review specifically Manuka Health brand ? What is your relationships to the brand ? Hi @manukahoneyguru, thank you for your comment. @manukahoneyguru
@manukahoneyguru 3 ай бұрын
@@QuickHonestReviews Be honest, your review ( as you said based on your personal consumption experience) reminds a pure advertisement. That is why I have suggested you to include a sort of disclaimer about WHY you do a review of that specific brand. For example, you did not review my brand Bee Magic , you chose ( for some reason) a brand that belongs to Chinese nation person since 2019.,, the brand that export much more Manuka honey than entire New Zealand produces annually. Unfortunately, I'm very familiar with that brand and fortunately I met personally with its original founder and his family members before it was sold to Australian corporation and over one year to a Chinese owner. Manuka Health brand does not test their batches at independent laboratories , they do that on their own premises. Moreover, their batch constitutes many tons of honey while 1 drum can hold only 430 kg max. So, by definition, Manuka Health packs and sells a BLEND of different drums contents while Bee Magic brand packs a single drum batch. It is extremely important if we talk about medicinal grade of Manuka hone and health supporting application. I hope I was clear on my side.

@@manukahoneyguru thank you for your comments. Again, I have ZERO relationship to the Manuka Health brand (no sponsorships, financial incentive, nothing - not even samples. I personally paid full price for the product - just like all the other products I review). BTW this Manuka Health brand is sold in many stores in New Zealand itself where I have personally travelled to. Thank you for your additional information about the company itself, obviously an end user consumer like myself is not going to do a deep dive research into a company I bought a product from and doing a quick review on it. Overall, I am a big fan of Manuka Honey and it's wonderful health benefits. I have never heard of your Bee Magic brand but will look out for it when buying my next jar of Manuka Honey, assuming it's available. Where is it sold?

@QuickHonestReviews
@QuickHonestReviews 3 ай бұрын
Hi @jaquevius, thanks for the comment. My take is that it depends on your racket. If you have a more control oriented racket then you can go for a lower tension. A power oriented racket, then use a higher tension for bit more control. 50-55 lbs is a good starting point range for you to test. It may take a few tests to find your ideal tension.

Strangely enough, an 80 ounce glass jar of pickles, with the "brine" runs at less thar $10 (last I checked) at walmart (not a "yuge" fan of Walmart, or Amazon, for that matter). The "pickle juice" (aka "brine") sells the "garbage"/(rubbish) from the making of pickles, at a PROFIT (while I'm not opposed, THINK... HUMAN... THINK). Plastic bottle with 64 ounces vs. Glass bottle with 80 ounces (even the math "says": if you're getting 80 ounces, at LEAST 20 ounces is "pickle juice"... add in the price of an EMPTY 80 ounce jar, even WITHOUT the lid, and you'll be "money ahead" buying the pickles in the glass jar)
@QuickHonestReviews
@QuickHonestReviews 4 ай бұрын
@kennethpipkin759 Thank you for your comment and insights. I do agree about the glass bottles, that would absolutely be better for the environment. A quick point about buying pickle juice in the jars with the pickles then pouring out the pickle juice, that is certainly an option to consider. Just bear in mind that you will need to strain the juice because it typically has bits of garlic and other sediment in the jar. The pickle juice brine that what was reviewed had already been strained so there is that convenience factor with buying just the brine itself. Nonetheless, great point about the glass bottle and a good tip to save a few dollars if you wanted to do that yourself (and if you like pickles to eat then that's the way to go!)

@QuickHonestReviews
@QuickHonestReviews 6 ай бұрын
@tinycat555, thank you for your comment. It depends on how you play, of course, but generally, the higher the level of play, the harder and with a lot of topspin the ball will be hit, resulting in more frequent restringing needed. For recreational players playing a couple of times a week using a full bed of the X-one Biphase string could certainly last a few months. The 16 gauge would be longer-lasting than the 17 gauge. This is a really good quality sting and worth trying.

I started using the products about two weeks ago. Before, I used Kérastase, Sebastian... My hair is tightly curly and was very problematic: the ends had trichonodosis (even after cutting my hair) and were very rough. Additionally, it was porous in some areas. Anyway, since the first use, I noticed a difference in softness and detangling. I am increasingly delighted. In my country (Brazil), they are more expensive than Kérastase, but I will make this sacrifice even if I have to eat only eggs and ramen.
