Thank you for this. I wrote the text for the plaque featured at the start using information from the Local Studies Department at Dundee's Wellgate Library. At one stage during the cemetery's history, they lost the plan for the location of the graves and the way they tried to find a vacant site for a grave was to hammer an iron rod into the ground. If there was no crunching sound , it was ok to dig. However, on one occasion this method failed. The grave digger prepared a grave at a supposedly empty site only to have the noticeably bio degradable occupant of the next grave slide towards him! The cemetery was shut not long after...

Don't know if it was intentional, but the silhouette effect of the kids watching from the climbing frame(?) and the crowd in general actually looks quite atmospheric.
