As a matter of fact, it really isn’t. Personally I prefer to play D2R using a controller rather than keyboard and mouse. In that sense, you can map the buttons to the controller however you see fit. Whenever you press the corresponding button, the skill initiates automatically, as opposed to using a keyboard and mouse having to scroll through the list of skills. Believe me it is much more convenient. The only complication is using the potions which is automatically set to the D pad. However, the learning curve is getting familiar with the targeting.

Most classes I like controller better, but Blizzard Sorceress is kind of difficult to play on controller. Teleporting can also be difficult. Thanks for Watching!!!!! Like and Subscribe!!!!

@@dragonrob420 That is true regarding the Sorceress. It takes a little time with orientating yourself to the targeting and perception of gameplay. Was a little tricky for me at first.

Viper magi has none of that, and really only kind of useful on a javazon. FCR Breakpoint for 12 frames is 99 FCR. You would have to give up too much to get to a meh breakpoint. Even the + to skills only affects skills you have put a point in. Now titans gives +2 to all amazon skills.....which does not require a point...I think....Thanks for Watching!!!!! Raven damage is quite nice and does speed things up ime but the main thing I like about ravens, especially in HC, is the blinding effect which will give that great indirect effect in that monsters are blinded, don't attack, allow your zoo to focus and kill faster and thus keeps you safer. Blinding monsters like gloams etc are even better.

As you have mentioned to play a Fire Claws druid later on I recommend to check out a thread "Something for Maul Werebear players" at a D2R website. At the end of the thread Fire Claws Werebear builds are described for players 8 settings. Werebear is probably the smart way to go as you are playing hardcore... Simply search the name of the thread in google and you will find it. Good luck slaying!!
