This place really is the best. Everyone is so awesome there! I have tried almost everything on the menu here and have never had a bad sandwhich/dish. Everyone should go here and try it out.

OMG IDK how i found this channel BUT I DID , I live about 5 mins away and WE LOVE TINA'S DELI!!! Such a wonderful staple of our community! The consistently seek out to hire college students. A few years back, many in the area would remember the Cocos fire, I was involved in evacuating animals. Some kind guy behind the counter happened to overhear my conversation and as I went to check out he kindly said "It's on us, Take care of yourself, get yourself a Gatorade" I gathered my things and when I got to the car I realized they'd made an extra sandwich and it said "please offer this to someone in need" I'll never forget their generosity.

I’m a fat man from south Jersey that has Philly roots. From growing up in an Italian community I’m picky about my meatballs. So I’m quite interested on what you think about these spots.

It would be nice to see reviews from small local businesses rather then these corporate chains. It helps me discover new sandwich shops that I wouldn't normally know about in San Diego.

My go to sandwich at Firehouse is the club on a sub. Togo's, I usually get a vegi sandwich and it's really good, I'll have to try their meatball now.

Definitely try it! And we will see about that Firehouse sub one day, they are just never a good choice to have... they are consistent though, gotta give them that!

the meatball at firehouse is indeed bad (the one with pepperoni is acceptable though). Togo's is just a solid place for average food. Firehouse wins though for the Hook & Ladder sub, best in the chains.

Where was that Togo’s? From what I saw on Google, all of the ones in North County are gone and the closest I found is in Temecula.

Just found your channel and the video on Tina's! I have lived two miles away from Tina's for many years; it's been one of our "go to" places for lunch. I definitely agree on the Turkey, Bacon and Avocado sandwich. My wife's favorite is the hot pastrami, so you guys hit the nail on the head!
