Hey, I tried to open the machine and blow into the water intake but it does nothing. The machine keeps blinking when i turn it on and will never be ready to push water. Any idea? Maybe it came clogged from the factory?

Just use 1/2" PVC pipe (ID 0.5", OD 0.83"), lenth of pipe is a little bit higher than water tank (it is easier to handle the process). Use Sandpaper sand down the PVC pipe a little bit smaller (sand it down until the pipe OD is around 0.75" and tie fit into the hole) to fit into water tank buttom hole, fill water tank 1/3 height and fill up water in the pvc pipe (if the pipe can tie fit into the hole, the water level in pipe will not drop down) and use Syringe injecter push pin (the size is just fit into the PVC pipe) to push water into the hole while power on L'or, first you hear a lot of noise and no water out just keep pushing water and then you will see water comes out from front and the noise disappear (return to normal sound) then take out the pipe, let water tank keep providing the water. The point is to create some pressure to clean the air treap in the horse. That is why some people use zip bag and even use mouth to cover the whole tank blow the air in and can make it work. This idea is from a youtube video use a injector to fix his expresso mechaine, sadly that injector come with his mechaine, can't buy it anywhere. I hope this can help.

Perfect video! Mine kept making a grinding noise and not sucking in any water. Took it apart, disconnected the hose after the pump and the pump worked. Pulled the clip and disconnected the hose after the heater and it made a grinding noise for a second and shot hot water out. Put it back together and she works again. Pay close attention to the hoses with the spring clips. There are notches where the clip slides into, so the hose must be put back in exactly the right spot or the hose will pop off while brewing from the pressure.

Bonjour à tous, j'ai la machine qui tourne mais qui n'envoie pas d'eau la pompe tourne et ne fait pas un bruit habituel, pour ceux qui ont eu le meme problème que moi j'ai réussi a la débloquer comme ça = Evitez de la faire tourner si elle n'envoie rien vous allez la faire chauffer plus qu'autre chose, ensuite démonter la machine comme sur la vidéo, ensuite brancher la et souffler dans la tuyau d'arriver d'eau pendant qu'elle fonctionne ca permettra de purger les éventuelles bulles d'air et de pousser le liquide restant de la machine, après 2/3 marche + soufflage, rebrancher le réservoir d'eau et faite 2/3 lavage pour reremplir la tuyauterie d'eau et la rincer, un conseil acheter du produit détartrant et faite la demarche de détartrage qui est sur la notice ou sue vous pourrez trouver sur internet, pour ma part ça a fonctionné, bonne journée à tous ✌️
