... Hello, John. I'm off-base again. I just finished seeing (again) your original "The Garrison Tapes." Which of your films includes Judge Haggerty's saying that he believed Shaw lied, essentially, "pulled the wool over" jurors' eyes, I think he said, and that sad, agonizing scene of Jim Garrison lying on his bed near his demise? I've lost track of that film, or segment. Cannot find it. Always found Haggerty's comment intriguing, shocked actually, first time I saw and heard it, given his exclusion from evidence at trial Officer Habighorsts's (sp.?) proffered testimony that Shaw told the officer he used "Clay Bertrand" as an alias. Of course, the trial outcome could have been different had jurors heard that testimony. Shaw's counsel could tear into the officer all they wanted; it'd be difficult to overcome the mere mention of that admission by Shaw, much less the repetition of it under cross-examination of a police officer. Well. Hope you are healthy and vigorous. Freezing here in lower peninsula mid-Michigan.

President Eisenhower did not send 15,000 military advisors to Vietnam. When President Kennedy assumed the Presidency there were only 700 US military personnel in Vietnam. President Kennedy increased the number to 16,000 before he was assassinated.

An absolutely fantastic finale to the Garrison Tapes trilogy. This is the definitive guide to the JFK assassination seen through the eyes of a true American patriot who like millions of Americans and millions more across the globe thought they had been robbed of a very bright future and wanted straight answers and truths and received neither. And with every episode of the trilogy is pure plain truth , told to the only TV interviewer Judge Jim Garrison ever trusted and became close friends with. How lucky you were to have known him and his family.

What a heartwarming podcast to listen to on a cold December evening. Thank you for never letting the bastards who kill people rest easy. The undying love for JFKennedy and the welfare of this country exhibited by all of you researchers on the line is like a lifeline of hope in the midst of these despicable days we're presently living through. May God bless you all.

Garrison was on the right track with Shaw and Permindex. He had a lot of the shooters in and people tied into the plot: Kerry Thornley, Loran Hall, Lawrence Howard... A lot of his files were missing in the later years. One interesting thing to note: The D.A. that suceeded Jim Garrison, Harry Connick Sr.

Nobody in 75 years has done more to argue for America that it's good to learn and be smart. As an Ivy PhD and 22-year prof whose reward was bankruptcy and exile, I know that Frank knows that business' first objective is to starve and ridicule real teachers out of existence. And here we are in Chump-land.

I remember him from the 70s, but I only just discovered he wrote many of my favourite songs. Such a talented guy. But I despise the jokes they make about his stature. If you were to call a woman fat, everyone would be up in arms. You can do something about being fat, but you can't change your height.
