I was in Ka Freddies 2 weeks ago. He and the band played this song too that night. I don't understand Tagalog, but this song gave me goosebumps. It's such a beautiful melody. I asked a nice lady at the bar what it's about. She told me it's about the political massacre on the island of Mindanao right? Can anyone tell me something about that? the 5 that were separated with the 43 was coerced and tactically interrogated by the military; to confess a lie that they are communist rebels!

every night ever since that they were detained in the camp, they are being visited by persons in civilian clothing and soldiers.. they are being pulled out of their cells so that they would be tactically interrogated. as a result they have separated 5 among the 43..

but the detainees would endure being cramped on these cells rather than being alone in a cell.. for the reason that they would have a sense of security among them if the soldiers would come and take them out in the evening.. that is why we are pushing for the transfer in civilian detention where they are safer..
