Hello, Great video. I am brand new to painting miniatures. I use the DND branded paint sets (which I believe are Army Painter). I noticed when your painting your paints seem much more watery? Is this intentional. I struggle with painting at the moment and am looking to learn more and more.
@RUNESTORM4 ай бұрын
Thanks. Yes, I mix in a little bit of water with my paint. So I can have a bit more control over it as I apply mostly 2 to 3 layers of paint so that when when the layers dry, you are a lot less likely to have streaks on your paint job. I hope that helps you out 😀
@Jordan-lc2zw4 ай бұрын
@@RUNESTORM Awesome, Thank you. Would you recommend watering down my army painter paints? I noticed you use a few different brands. Or can this still be done but I need to keep topping up the paint on my brush every few strokes? I hope this makes sense. I just find when I paint the first few are great consistent colour but after the 3rd stroke or so it comes much lighter and not as affective.
@RUNESTORM4 ай бұрын
@Jordan-lc2zw I water down all my paints I am using. And yes, I only do a few strokes at a time so the paint stays at its best. I hope that helps. Maybe watching a few videos of mine, you might get a better idea of what I mean. 😃
