Hey Eddie some really beautiful prints with leaves and adding texture to them. I’m going to print leaves again but use shimmer paint, the bronze paint you used produced a perfect print! Thanks 😊

When paint has dried on leaves, but before they get crispy, I press them in books They can be re useful for printing or as collage elements. I also print with silk and flexible artificial leaves.

Great idea. I have to get some less crispy leaves lol. I've thought about the silk & flexible artificial leaves but haven't got around to it. Thanks for the remind & thanks for watching!

Loving the DIY aspects of this video- leaves, bubble wrap, crepe paper rolled up. Great ideas and textures. The print at 22:00 reminds me of old tintype photography for some reason- quite stunning. You have a great eye for color.

Hi, I've just looked on Amazon UK, and these sprays have some exact same names and colours as the Ranger Tim Holtz Distress Sprays and Oxide sprays. In my opinion, these may actually be copies from China. I'm pretty certain the oxide spray recipe is copyrighted, unless that has expired. Here they're asking £14 a bottle, which is extremely expensive and not worth paying to do a side by side comparison. I just wanted to point this out, as I've noticed a few comments from people who haven't previously used sprays in their artwork and they might not get the best results if these aren't the best quality. As far as I'm aware Ranger produce these in the US, but if thats not the case, or they've changed production to China, then it looks like they're another casualty to the copyright infringement going on. Anyway, as I mentioned, this is only my opinion, and I hope that I haven't offended you or any of your subscribers. I do enjoy your channel, and I love that it's part of a group who mention one another, e.g. PM Artist Studio, Ceri the Crafter, Darcy's mixed media mishaps! I hope you have a great day, take care 🤗

I dunk all of my sprays nozzle first into a cup of water before recapping at end of session. It helps keep them from clogging. Especially the metallics.

Thanks Marsha! These Magic sprays actually have acrylic paint in them. I don't think the Lindy's do. The magics dry quickly.

Always interested to know the level of permanence! They don’t seem to reactivate with water after dry so that’s a big plus! How do you think they compare with Ranger in terms of quality as well as price? So glad you experimented with so many options!
@EddieMakesArt
@EddieMakesArt 21 сағат бұрын
Hi Sandy, the biggest difference I noticed is that the magic sprays have acrylic paint in them which is probably why they dry & don't reactivate with water.
