I guess u dont know what a colorspace actually is. It has nothing to do with the Canon Log gamma! Its the colorspace, so if u dont have displays like a cinema screen or a professional colorgrading u dont need the cinema gammut. Its not making the profile "flatter" as u are saying! And a good hint is also to slightly underexpose your images, so the histogram should not be in the middle and slightly to the left instead! The maingoal is to avoid clipping highlights! At the end u are saying u dont want to close the aperture. Actually u should to 2-2.8 for a better image!

Ill never buy another duo after ASUS thought selling a RTX3080 with one for $3k was acceptable when it cant even run games properly. SCAM product and from what Ive read its speculated that the reviewers get the optimal performing rigs to review. Im starting the process of contact asus tomorrow as I need a solution for their DUD of a laptop they've overcharged and stuck me with when Im trying to use it for the specs Ive purchased. Want to run intensive programs?? Be prepared to turn off the second screen, Drop your resolution, go through every setting in your PC for optimization, close a bunch of crap in task manager, and STILL have it perform like a computer from 2 generations ago because ASUS has its suite of proprietary softwares and drivers that wont keep up to date. The kicker is you'll find out they restrict the system after all of this headache! Over charging you for hardware with better potential than they will ever allow. Its a scam. regretfully said at that. The Zephyrus Duos were also being underclocked. The second screen isnt worth it if you have to turn it off, the 4k on my unit is never applied... funny the active signal output is stuck in 4k regardless. Its a fancy NOTEBOOK. It Does run my music software fine. Ill also mention the most recent Microsoft update BSOD my system into a startup loop. Totaly dissapointed in ASUS

I have the exact same computer. I was gaming on it mixed with doing video editting. When I would play very demanding games, the computer would completely shut down. Ok. Went through the exact same process you did. I was able to get it in for repair, and they had to switch the motherboard entirely as it was faulty. Fast-forward to 2023, the soundcard completely breaks down. I'm out of warranty, it costs money to diagnose, and again to change the whole thing. I am never buying an ASUS laptop again. Glad I am not the only one with this issue.

Hi, this camera R7 is getting serious looks this winter season in Dec. 2024 as the body is now $1400. new in Canada plus tax and the 18-150mm lens is $599. So thanks for your great demo. I have the Nikon Z30 but not keen on it for anything other than studio video (may sell it). I like the IBIS of R7 so looking at moving to that for outdoor and perhaps wedding video also. Also have the Canon 80D so I could share some lenses with adapter. But I would get the RF kit lens for R7. Thanks again for your great video demo as video specs are interesting on R7.

I have the Asus Zenbook pro duo i9 (UX582LR). It's been nearly two years and can say it constantly lets me down. Unresponsive after boot and freezes weekly. I wish I had invested in something else, even after all the updates. Stay well away.

Too bad you’re in Canada in the United States. There is a thing called the Moss Act. It basically says anything purchased over things like $25. They have three times to repair after that you can ask for the cost back in cash or a brand new one, consumers choice. And let me start this with saying after my experience with a customer support having been in the IT business for over 20 years. It is the worst support I have ever seen, including stealing information and trying to log into accounts. They first re-imaged my laptop when they went there, which doesn’t help when it’s a hardware failure they obviously didn’t test it too well because when I got back to me, it was doing the same thing. I knew they re-image because I know how that works in our business The next one I got was a re-furbished laptop that had issues too, though different. And I forget what the third one was but it’s been a while since I’ve done this. It was the laptop that’s the version before the 582. I was dealing with Asus directly now and I flat out said I want my money back and this is the law firm. I’m going to use and this is what I’m gonna sue you under which is the Moss Act. I had a check for the full amount. However, I have the skills to strip down a whole laptop and build it back up, so I’m not too worried about ASUS support. However, I want one I paid for. And your case for your UX 582 based upon what you had said, I would witness how it boots. If it doesn’t boot anything, it’s most likely the motherboard, but that can be a scary strip down to those who’ve never done it. There is the service manual up on Asus’s support for that model. It tells you how to strip it down.

One of my favorite lenses. Pretty much my GO TO lens for most portraits and landscape! This lens is AWESOME! The only complaint I have about this lens is that is is heavy! But the PRO's FAR outweigh this CON!
