Airlines like KLM are now using wooden spoons, folks, and knives. Ateker people and other African ethnic groups were wise and right all along to use wooden products. Not only are they healthy, but also, environmentally-friendly. Throw away plastics.

Using a calabash (adere) instead of plastic cups/plates, especially for hot food/drinks is much better from a health standpoint. I have personally eaten atap and drank ajon served using calabashes. Karamojong and Iteso, please continue using calabashes.
