Why sell an oven with no proper user manual one can download or watch a proper video to see how to use it. This is the 21st century so surely things need to be done more efficiently. My question: Is Punehod and Procolored the sane company?

Which button do you press to turn the oven on to start adjusting the temperature and time? Can this oven be placed on a wooden or thermoplastic table? Is it the same as Punehod brand?

My platform looks to have a plastic over it. Was I supposed to take that off when I got it? Also is this daily maintenance?

Yes, take the plastic off the platform. This is not a daily maintenance, you can do it monthly. You need to operate printhead self-cleaning daily though.

Not really. Instead, you can try extracting quick a lot ink out of the waste line.

Are there any differences in the new "F13" naming? And what's the new ink default settings? Our printer's default settings are 77% for CMYK and 96% for WW running RIP 2.4.0 after install.

No much difference. The software is upgraded and the default ink settings are all 68%

@@ProcoloredPrinter Thanks. Our printer and oven were delivered in April 2024 and it looks exactly like the same one shown in the video. I assume we have the latest version of the printer?? I also printed a test image using the 68% ink settings for all colors but the image was not as colorful or vivid as the same image printed using 77% for CMYK and 96% for WW(default settings for Pro Rip 2.4). Head cleanings were done before printing with the L1800 print head.

I’m trying to set up my uv dtf printer stand and the screws don’t fit in the two plates the printer sits on. I watched another video of someone putting it together and he had the same issue. What is the fix?

The two plates are installed facing inwards. The screw holes need to be closer to the middle

@@madeleinenystrom5841 Yes, 68% in white. If you put too much white ink, it may flow off the film sheet. If you do want 100% white, you can raise the temperature from default 40℃ to 41.5℃ to accelarate the white ink drying.

No, only Celsius. The temperature setting is not frequently changed, you can set it to 40℃ in a non-aircon room, and 41.5℃ if you have an air-condition

You can make some margins on the canvas and check the option "keep the left margin" at the driver setting after you click the "RIP" button

These printers have been replaced from the epson photo printer. dtf printers these printers are made for very thin photo ink dtf ink is not suitable for these printheads thick white ink is not suitable for these printheads it is like silicone. when the printhead stays in a slightly hot environment, the printhead dies, that is, 90% printer dies before you get the money you pay, I say don't take any risk, but you know.

I recently updated from version 1.28 to version 2.4. The ink settings are vastly different. Used to default to 70% white each channel, now it's 97%. Was there a change in how these are calculated?
