There was an incredibly useful Perk in Fallout 3 that restored all of your Action Points when you finished off an enemy, that would be a good thing to have when facing a ghoul swarm! But I think shooting them in the legs is a good option, you can significantly slow them down if you pull off the shot.

I noticed that, at the Chemistry Station, under Aid, there was an option to make a "Refreshing Beverage" (7:31), which "Remove all Rads and cures addictions" - so this might be a very good alternative to RadAway.

The expectance to meddle in an ongoing affair as a passersby is bad writing, there is no character-motivation-driven incentive, there are no personal stakes, (and among many things, it also breaks immersion because it puts into plain view that the world is centered around the player and literally stalls without player intervention) so it's completely understandable that you'd struggle to find a roleplay reason to engage with the situation. 👍

The quest objective pointed back to the door you entered for the same reason some doors will say London when you are already outside in London. The London worldspace. If a door leads to a different part of the same exterior (higher up in the same London worldspace), the door will be labeled London. And if your quest objective is in the London worldspace, but higher up, if you have to traverse an interior location to get higher, the quest objective will still point back outside the door, even if you are in the right place and have to traverse the interior you're in. The objective would change to a load door higher up the moment you are closer to it, than the door you entered.

32:05 - Hear, hear! I always turn all music down. For me ambient music is working against immersion. No music keeps the experience grounded, allowing me to feel like I'm really there, to fully inhabit the world and engage with it on my own terms, applying my own understanding and perspectives to a situation, instead of having emotions spoonfed to me through a constant soundtrack, which is reducing experience into spectacle, me from a participant to an observer. The exception to that are games that are meant to be interactive stories to begin with, where the focus is already on guiding the player through a narrative. As for open-world games, I think music should only be part of any cutscenes, quest completion, a crescendo segment to signify what all your efforts culminated in.

That ring Fox picked up from the mind flayer in the windmill was a "Ring of Truthfulness," which gives an Advantage (2 die rolled) on Insight checks. If Fox was wearing the ring when he met Arfur Gregorio a few minutes later, he might have succeeded that annoying background insight check! Or not. Who knows. Thanks for another fun episode. If you go back to the open hand temple you can use speak with the dead spell to converse with Father Lorgan and Brilgor. Brilgor is in the cemetery out the back… it will give you more information on the murders! 😊

Just some tips, for Astarion rouge trickster isn’t great. You can change his class with Withers. I always do 3 into rouge Assassin, this makes his sneak attacks more deadly. 3 into ranger gloomstalker as this gives you an extra attack and the rest into fighter - multiclassing this will make him pretty damn good. Also would recommend stocking up on arrows and armours as you can get some pretty decent ones in act 3. Also getting some better daggers for Astarion. Also Shadowheart has a spell you can use called aid. If you cast this after a long rest it stays until you long rest again, I would recommend casting the highest when you are out of camp as this gives you a decent increase in hit points for everyone even summoned creatures. Good job so far! Really enjoying your playthrough.

if you put stuff in a container, workbench , it will remain there for ever, as long as it's not owned, i.e red. So you can offload junk till you need it, which you will. Also Churchill and any companion is a very useful carrier, just interact with them, trade and put all your junk with them. that little fellow can carry a lot Poitín is the anglicised name for the Irish beverage Potcheen, i.e Irish Moonshine made from Potatoes, it's very strong at 40% to 90% alcohol by volume, and was illegal for 300+ years

The next time Churchill want you to see or check something and you lose sight of him then he comes back check his inventory to see if he pick something up. Because dogmeat occasionally did this in fallout 4😂

Churchill is trying to lead you to a container with some random loot, just like dogmeat do. In vanilla fo4 you can sell the magasines and you keep what ever they gave you. I dont if they have changed that in folon but i doubt it.

They have formed complex human like Family structures While attacks on Humans are rare, it's best if you see a womble is to stand still for at least 2 hours , as they will bore after that some Wombles have been known to wear spectacles and hats they have found on the common. to be a Womble is to be Wombling

Successful pickpocketing is good for a few seconds before the victim takes notice and yells for help, which is what Danzo did and why the guards showed up. (Would you pickpocket someone and just stand there looking at what you stole? lol) If you want to get away with it, have Astarion do the pickpocketing alone with the rest of your party located far away, like a different part of the map, then as soon as Astarion is successful, immediately have him fast travel to the place where the rest of your party is (or back to camp) and hold off on going anywhere near the scene of the crime for a bit.

I can't remember if you returned the missing shipment unopened to the Zents; but if you opened it, that's where the iron flask was. If you have it still, you can use/open it.😊

i find the combat in Fallout 4/London far more varied than most other FPS games, it might be a bit more clunky, but i find the AI and scenerios far more interesting. In Fallout which a lot of games don't do, is the AI will really push your position and use a variety of ordnance against you Also in Fallout everything can either be sold, scrapped, i chuck nothing away.If you put things in a container, any container, even a random chest on a street, that stuff will be there 50hrs later, even with numerous load transistions So a typical fallout playthrough for me, is having random chests around the world with scrap, armour, weapons awaiting me to pick them up and transport them to be sold. In many ways it's the best way to get cash,loot, them sell

You're level 9 not level 13 that is needed for Armourer 2. I think you have Armourer 2, you just need to be level 13 to use it. Kinda strange yea.

pathfinding for companions should be fine. I remember in Skyrim i 'skyrimed' down the throat of the world (tallest mountain), sking down the near vertical cliffface, to get back to Whiterun. My companion, had to take the path and normal way, she found her way back to Whiterun, after about 3 ingame days One of the things with TES , Fallout games that companions don't just teleport, if they need to go someone , they walk it in the real world , which is a unique feature. Also i tend to play on Survival , where if you companion goes down , gets really lost they will go to their 'home' base, admittedly in London, it's a bit wonky, likewise if you trade items with them and use them as a pack mule (they can carry a lot) , you won't lose that stuff for Bethesda games, i find Companions are quite reliable there are mods for Fallout 4, which i suspect would work in London such as "Amazing follower tweaks", which if your follower goes AWOL , you can either summon them, or generate a mission to find them and it will show you their location on the map
