I have been to this resort 7 times and I’ve stayed in that exact same villa. This is the best resort I’ve ever been to and so what you saw a rat like ok I understand but it’s not worth telling people it’s a bad place it is so amazing and you should not be posting bad reviews on social media I know it’s your job but it’s not a bad place and don’t pretend it is you and I both know it’s great. It’s a jungle to there will be bats,rats snakes and bugs!

During my stay at Shinta Mani Angkor and Bensley Collection Pool Villas, a portion of my cash in different currencies was stolen from the locked safe inside my locked hotel room. It appears that hotel staff unlawfully accessed my room. This was a highly calculated theft, as part of a stack of cash was removed so carefully that, unless you count the money carefully, it would be easy to overlook the missing amount. Upon reporting the theft, the hotel management's response was unhelpful and unprofessional. This calculated theft indicates a serious breach of trust and raises grave concerns about the safety and integrity of the hotel’s operations.

I highly doubt it, housekeeping can’t open the safe and don’t have your pin to steal a “small amount” that could easily be “overlooked” in your own words. Who would do that?

I watch a lot of turism videos because I like to know the hotel I am choosing. Although this video is very amateur, it showed much better all the ambiances than many other more professional channels. I liked it very much. The info about the two swimming pools and the steam room was very interesting. I hope you all success.

I stayed here in 2000 when it was a Westin hotel and it was truly a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Bangkok

There's a nice continental breakfast buffet. That's included. But I always liked getting off site dinners. That's part of the fun. Going to Willemstad center for dinner. I was there for a month a decade ago. So I don't know if much has changed since then. But I don't think they have a lot of on-site dining options. There's a neighboring casino that has a couple of full-service restaurants.
