After all in schools,board exams and college exams cheating is done in a huge scale,if these fellows who passed by copying and discussing in exams get the job then how our country will develop......Only people should get chance on the basis of entrance marks....

I totally disagree with you,in my opinion academic marks shouldn't create a hindrance for a person who wish to become a ASSISTANT PROFESSOR,because a person who wasn't serious in his academic life(say 10th,12th and graduation days) but later on realised that he must study hard won't get an opportunity to improve themselves..... If 50% weightage is given to academics,then a person,no matter how well he performed in his entrance exam but still may not get chance to become a ASSISTANT PROFESSOR as because NET exam can be given n number of times but academic marks once degraded cannot be improved anymore,after all a student who scored 50% in his academic career also deserve equal opportunity just like a student who scored 80% in his academic career.... No hate to anybody,after all individual opinions may vary👍 My academics was good(80% in 10th and 82% in 12th) but that doesn't make me eligible for the post,I think even a student who scored 50% must get a chance to compete with me in the entrance exam and then on the basis of the entrance marks only,it must be decided who shall get the job .....
