You say you have lived in many countries, you recipes are good , but Mr Gulzar let me tell you the way your way of discussing health issues while cooking is disgusting , there’s food in front and you are discussing vomit and spitting on food while you’re talking, you may hand herbal knowledge but your manners are pathetic, you confuse your recipes with more talking about diseases you should have different timing for that discussion maybe after the cooking is done . Input to give you a suggestion.

Kafoor ki tikya 1, powder bna lain(1tsp). 3tbls cow milk. Coconut oil, 1tbls. 1 tbls banana. Mix kr lain. Achi trha paste bna k forran lga lain. Rakhna nahi. 3hrs lga rehne dain phir shower lain.
