Thanks for the video. Hey how do I pass a customer id in the checkout plan? I realise I can match using the email id I receive in Webhook but that's a hacky way of doing things. Ideally I should have a way to pass my own customer id that I get back in the webhook (i.e. custom params) which I can use to match and update the right user. Also, RP has launched a subscription button. Maybe make a video on that as well. Much easier to integrate.

i have run it but 1 thread can only upload 1 file and when user ask question the bot can only answer around the content of that file. when i upload another file in that thread then can not pass file_id to thread. i want 1 thread can upload many files and bot can answer correctly based on the file user upload, except for the first file. is there any way to configure bot to do that

Hello, it seems like my calls are all working but I'm getting this error on the final "list message" API call: "It seems the document cannot be accessed or analyzed directly at this moment. Could you try to re-upload the document or provide any specific information or details from the pitch deck, so I can assist you better with the review and feedback?" "Please provide the text, etc." It's like it cannot read the PDF for some reason, no matter how small. Keep in mind that I'm now using assistant V2 with file search enabled instead of retrieval explicitly (though file search has retrieval inside it). Does this only work in V1 with bubble for some reason? Also, the PDF file upload works in my assistant V2 playground when I ask it a basic "read this pdf" question + upload a PDF. I.e., it does what the assistant's more extensive system instructions are asking it. Plus I have at least $20 USD in my OpenAI account, so I'm tier 2 on usage. The only difference I did was that I didn't need to have user chat, so I only used one "UPload" button and the message workflow was hard coded as "read this pdf" instead of dynamic, and all under that 1 workflow in order (so I don't think this was the problem). I need to resolved by Thursday morning, so perhaps if not possible to resolve here, let's connect for a consultation. Great content and experience, btw!

The repeating group only shows the first message from Open AI and does not show any further questions (and answers) the user asks. The log section in the API does show the full content, but the repeating group does not seem to pull it. This is great! I think I am missing a setup of the repeating group though. My repeating group is set up as Type: List Message Data and Data Source: Repeating Group List Message Data's: List of List Message Datas. The workflows are all working fine (I can see it in the logs) but the repeating group seems to be in a never ending loop of IS LOADING. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance.
