Думаю, що Октейн крутий, але те, як його імплементували в Блендері трохи (не трохи) дуже сумно. Блендер Октейн відчувається дуже задубіло і лімітовано, тому що багато функцій Блендера припаяні напряму до його нативних рендерерів типу Іві і Сайклзів. Раніше з Октейном в Блендері відлітала половина Render налаштувань і цілий Compositor, хоча не знаю як зараз. Те, що без особливих налаштувань Октейн виглядає краще - це так, але мені не так принциповий дикий фотореалізм, як принципово мати можливість робити цікаві та прекольні картинки, які я можу робити і в Сайклзі. В Сінемі і Гудіні Октейн саме те, що треба, а в Блендері я все ж таки залишався б з Сайклзом. Але якщо в приорітеті гіперреалізм або архівіз, та не треба особливої гнучкості - можна звикнути. Раджу завітати на сторінки Raphael Rau, Silverwing VFX, найкращого октейн юзера. Він нещодавно пересів з Сіньки на Октейн Блендер, та записав вже кілька туторіалів, так що чекни, якщо цікаво!

I feel you. I started so many things in my life, but this "get beyond" part always stopped me right before I made any progress. Learning something is hard, and starting something new is even harder, but if you want to succeed - don't let your mind ruin things for you. You might feel like a total dumbass, and at the start, everything will seem just impossible. But if you are really determined - just switch off your thoughts, and continue doing what you doing. Don't track your progress 24/7, and believe me, if you are committed - progress will come no matter what. And that's the best feeling in the world - to win over your struggles. You don't have to be tryhard beast, just commit consistently - and you will see miracles (true story) So try again, and that time - hold a little longer, I know you got it. And don't aim at my level, I'm sure you can achieve even greater results - I'm still learning, after all. DO IT!!!!!!!!!!

I loved recording this video, but I don't think that I will spend too much time on KZbin stuff for now. I still have a lot to learn, and this is my main priority for the next years. I don't know any particular resources for that, but there are a lot of very informative and useful videos on KZbin by real photographers. Just type in "photo post-processing" and you will find a bunch of videos to learn from. Also, I recommend you learn post-processing in Blender Compositor. It's super easy, just do some research on Blender Render Layers, render something, and mess around with every node in Compositor. If you are stuck or don't understand something - open up Blender Documentation, this is a real infinite vault of knowledge.
