hello friend, S plant or Ultimate Plant , Can only be used in Odyssey mode which is in survival mode

On the graveyard stone you pick the bottom its survival mode, then pick top corner right , its odysessey mode you can use all ultimate plant there but need upgrade buff to after clear every stage
