This is biologically impossible because brain cells (neurons) dont have an abillity to reproduce because there is only s certain number of these cells and after a neuron or a nerve dies, soft tissue replaces it instead of new neural cells. This is literally middle school biology, dont listen to this

❤Thank you for the information❤ Except for love. I am getting enough sleep & nutrition from my food. But I'm stressed all day and almost every day. The stress of work, society & no love. Can it affect my brain? Btw I've subbed to your channel and wish you luck to reach a million so soon...

I’m sorry to hear about the challenges you've been facing and it’s been worrisome to imagine how this might be impacting your brain. Chronic stress has been shown to shrink the hippocampus, a memory center of the brain. With healthy practices you can build back up your brain's reserve. Your kindness and loving nature are evident, and these qualities can be powerful tools in tough times. Embrace those strengths in managing stress. Reflect on how you can approach stress management with a caring mindset. Whether it's through self-care practices or exploring activities that bring you joy, remember that you have the capacity to foster a compassionate approach to both stress and the need for love in your life. .

Natalie - this was perfect and just what we talked about last week. How to change our attitude towards the food we eat and think of it as a positive. After all - we can't go off food "cold turkey." We have to have it to live. It's all about choices and if we want to enjoy dessert - maybe we can enjoy it one day during the weekend? Thank you for sharing. I will totally try to have a positive attitude when I think about food and what goes into my body.
@healthyjustice2 жыл бұрын
Yes, it's all about you feeling empowered in your food choices. Often times knowing that we aren't going to restrict ourselves from eating a dessert can prevent us from feeling stressed, and then we are less likely to overeat.
