Good review. We just got delivery of ours yesterday. A lot to learn. I was hoping to see more video of the outside. Because I wonder when/how the front bar comes on. I thought it was on all the time. But then again we just got it yesterday and why I'm not sure

Charlie, The generous sidewall and locking rear diff are the best features of the GX Overtrail. Now that a front locker is coming as an option on the LX, it can't be too long before the GX gets one as well.

Automotive journalists are idiots. They over analyze everything, and they always contradict themselves. For example, they will say this car suck but it's wonderful. I don't like car reviewers who are not automotive engineers or honest enthusiasts. They are more concerned with things that people don't care about. Comparing an AMG EQS, a technological marvel with a Pruis is ridiculous. Lastly, I hate reviewers who follow other reviewers. As soon as the first person says he/she love/hate something all the others will follow, BMW kidney grill. Also, they are afraid to critique established legacy manufacturers. For instance, Ferrari and Lamborghini are known for only one thing, speed and performance. But in comparisons, they always choose a Ferrari and Lamborghini over everything else, even when Ferrari/Lamborghini get smoked. The Corvette Z06 destroyed many supercars, and undoubtedly, the upcoming ZR1 will demolish hypers. I guarantee you someone is gonna say some slow ass Ferrari is better than the Corvette ZR1. These guys have a hard time deciding if a Z06 is a supercar. What? I love Doug Demuro's channel because he actually reviews every aspect of a car, especially their corks and features. He is not afraid to give an honest opinion, hence the Doug score. Because of that, he has credibility. I love cars not because of the nameplate but because cars should be different, it's more exciting. I stopped watching NCAA football because of the bias selection process. They always pick the same four teams. College basketball is far more exciting because any little school can win a championship. I'm rambling because the automotive playing field is now leveled. Corvette is now at the top of the supercar food chain. I don't give a damn how an unpronouceable Italian supercar is made they are still not gonna be a good value over a Corvette, especially the Z06 and ZR1 guises.

Comparing the 2025 Tucson Hybrid and 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid. The major differences are the 3rd row seats and wider rear entrance. The cargo space difference is small -- Tucson has ~39 cu.ft. with 2nd row up and 76(80?) with 2nd row down, Santa Fe has 40.5 with 3rd row down and 80 with 2nd down. If you don't really need the 3rd row seats, is there any justification for the additional $5-7K and external bulk for the Santa Fe ?

Missed opportunity on all Hyundai and Kia’s to show the audio/song playing on the driver’s side gauge cluster so you can use the whole 12” center infotainment screen for gps. If you want to see both audio and map simultaneously, you have to use the split-screen mode which makes the map small. The only useful things you can see on the driver’s gauge cluster (besides the speed and rpm) are TPMS, and fuel economy/range. Almost every other brand includes audio/now-playing on that list.
@jraheemjefcoat429Күн бұрын
They can't. The blindspot camera will negate it to have a GPS map. The camera is already technologically advanced as it is consider no one in its class offer it.
@jakes5530Күн бұрын
@ the blindspot camera takes up one of the circles on the gauge cluster, but there’s still that open real estate in between the speedo and tachy where they could put the audio now playing.
@jraheemjefcoat429Күн бұрын
@@jakes5530 Actually, it takes up 2. Blindspot on both sides. Not just one like Honda tried to attempt on their infotainment screen.

I am no beginner, I am 71 years old and have owned motorcycles since 1967, I sold the last Harley I will ever own last Fall, a $37,000 Tri-Glide. My wife is crippled due to battling cancer eight times, 12 surgeries, maxed out on Chemo, radiation and cyber knife treatments. Her bones are so brittle due to the radiation she can no longer ride with me. We have traveled over 350,000 miles by motorcycle and camped out along our way. All this being said, I bought the Eliminator because it is NOT a V-Twin with what you call character. I call it what it is, chug, chug chug. I am sick and tired of the V-Twin chug. I am thrilled with the 451cc parallel twin. I can take off and tach it out and she'll hit 85mph quicker than any Harley I've owned. I love the smoothness, and the quickness. They say it will run 102mph, but I've never had mine over 85 or 86. It can cruise at 80 mph all day long and corners great. What else would anybody want in a motorcycle? I think the Eliminator is a great motorcycle for anyone who likes to ride. I do not have an ego problem where I have to have a Harley or Indian. I'm happy with the dependabilty of a Kawasaki. The last Harley I owned broke down four times within the first year. I am done with Harleys.

Great review! I’m glad I came across your channel (I’m now a subscriber). I very recently took delivery of a 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy 2.5T gas engine (Serenity White pearl with the same gray interior as your test vehicle). I test drove both the ICE and Hybrid models before settling on the 2.5T due to the slight increase in horsepower. Note: the hybrid powertrain is a very reasonable $500 premium over the gas engine. Looking forward to more car reviews from you. BTW, I live in Orange County (Anaheim Hills), so I recognized the area where you test drove the Santa Fe 👍🏻

36F/42R pressures is not what you want for normal riding. These are designated for a full load (with passenger) and full gear.
@DailyMotorКүн бұрын
That's what I initially thought too (which is why the video cuts, I had to rerecord), but look at the placard in the video, it says that for up to 200lb load as well.
@salmon4o4Күн бұрын
@DailyMotor Since it's a MPG/commute test, it makes sense. But of course, I'm sure you drop the pressure when going for spirited runs, as evident by the edge of your tires being weared in.
