Made Pollo a la brasa on the weekend, i loved it. Made the aji verde sauce with it too. I bought some aji panca, aji amarillo and huacatay pastes at a chilli shop in my city. I think ill be trying this recipe this week. One thing, we need to know how much of each ingredient to add, to make the recipe. Thanks for your videos.
