Could you re-do the the ruler, but divide each foot into 1/12 instead of 1/16? That way, each line would be one inch. How did you make the scale and imprint it?

I bought the same doll house at Goodwill and it was in pretty good shape exeept for having no stairs or windows, shutters , room , no interior wall dividers , dooors , and where the front porch should have been is a little Bit damaged despite that I am still committed and very excited , I used A pack of Lysol wipes and carefully wiped it down inside and out , I would like to do something diffrent istead of putting a porch on it .I would like to add a coservatory room . ||||||||||||||||||//~0~\\||||||||||||||||||, |•••[[|+|]]••°||°|(+)|°||°••[[|+|]]•••|. ••••• |••°====°•{{{{{{}}}}}}}•••°====°•|||/~0~\\|| |•••[[|+|]]••°||°|(+)°||°•••[[|+|]]•••|°|°°°°°°|° |••°====°••||•[[[]]•||•••°====°••|°|°🪻. °|° ♻️♻️♻️♻️((((()))))♻️♻️♻️♻️🪻((())🪻

I'm so sorry about your dad, I know it was 2019 but I had a bit of a break from dollhouse stuff and I was sad to see this, he put a lot into your hobby and the fact that he was such a skilled carpenter really shows in everything you two did. I just checked your facebook and am having a look at your playlists to see what else I missed. You put it beautifully when you said he was always loved and never forgotten❤

I was checking out your FB and saw this and after screenshotting your dad's dollhouse ruler came over to watch this video. Its incredible that you are showing alternatives to clay because theres a lot of people like me, who have a bad relationship with polymer clay!
@DollhouseTutorialsАй бұрын
Thank you, I think I like this better than the store-bought clay so far. Since I had everything in my house already, I was able to make all my dollhouse food for free. The only exception is you can only make what you need, or it will go bad, and it takes longer to dry/harden however, I plan on doing a test on low heat in the air-dry oven to see if that will work. Ill post it if it does work out.
@AnneAndersonFoxiepawsАй бұрын
This is brilliant! I am already subscribed to your FB and was just looking at the TP food, I'm off to watch the video, I screenshoted the ruler and will print it off because its great!

Hey Laurie, nice to hear your voice again. I’m looking forward to seeing the food video. I don’t have the craft space to try this myself right now but I’m wondering how using India or alcohol inks would color this clay. I’m curious if they would give a bit of translucency for fruits and vegetables. It’s just a little thought that I can’t check out. Anyone tried it? Thanks for sharing!

How do you stop the pieces splintering when removing them from the wood sheets?
@DollhouseTutorialsАй бұрын
Greenleaf kits are notorious for splinters. I would wear gloves and sand each piece.
