Thank you for your video. Etsy put my shop in holiday mode and it's been one month. My email communication is in the same dark situation. I will try this and file a complaint just pray for my success as my shop just went over 200 sales and was locked out.

GREAT TIP ON THE CANDY CANES! Thank you for that! I was beginning to think there was a candy cane shortage this year as I was waiting for them to come out! And now I have a million of them lol! I will save them for next year!

The Reindeer cocoa packs are a total sell out, I made 20 gone within the first hour but I sold mine for 3 each and no deals Then got an order for 24 more and I had smaller bows and the original nose
