The price for the biggest dumbass surely goes to the biker. Who would travel onto an intersection that can't be overseen cause of the truck at such high speed? Legally: The biker..... The biker crashed into the back of the truck, implicating that it had already begun its turn long before the biker entered the crossing. If the other drivers will be witnesses then the biker is surely F-ed. They will attest that the biker was traveling at too high a speed probably above the speed limit.
