I would like to see more detail on how the hydraulics and controls work. The steel to me is the easy part but not the Hydro stuff. Also, this design looks very smart I think. If I built one, I'd try to modify it to fit my Kabota L2050 maybe.

The controls work off the existing tractor control levers. Hydraulics are supplied via quick connects on the tractor.

Thanks! Having an issue with my 300 spitting the spring pin or roll pins out. Have replaced the rag joint leathers as well as spring pin on the hydro pump yoke with no luck. Can only assume the input shaft on the pump is worn or the shaft itselt is worn and not balanced

If the only problem you're having is the split pins falling out, are you slipping a short piece of hay wire through the hole in the pin and then twisting the ends together? That's how they're supposed to be secured .
@jport62592 Жыл бұрын
@@deere300stevev2 yes, i bought new pins and wired them up, for some reason they’re breaking the wire and the pins are falling out. Got frustrated and put a grade 8, 1/4 inch bolt and nut in there with a lock washer and loctite and it still came loose and rattled out… thinking of either tack welding the nut on the bolt or cutting slits in the yoke like you did and put a pin in and a collar over top

Oh okay, all I can say is the way I fixed it on the video took all the vibration out and it is still problem free.

I’m going to connect a universal skid steer quick attachment plate to mine when I build it this fall. I believe it will be a game changer for my JD 317.

Thanks for the video! I have a Ford lgt with a loader. I'm interested in your power steering upgrade, can you send me the information. Thanks again

I did this mod quite a few years ago, still works great. The most complete info on the mod can be found on My Tractor Forum. If you type in...power steering conversion...in the search bar, all lower case, you'll find the thread. It's the 5th thread down. Sorry, can't figure out how to link here.

Great video. I put a primer bulb on a 94 wheel horse that had an Onan years ago. Great job on the vibration fix.
