Man you really need to fix your brightness settings, on the original playstation and even the emulators the game is not that dark, you are bypassing/missing a lot of items. It is so dark, you died a lot on corridor of the chemical to the plaint and missed like 4 healing items in tha room, also missed the broken shotgun right in front of you. Lol

I wish I could say it's probably because the team responsible for physics had better workflow or sth but... The enemies can just fly into thin air while dead so I guess they really did have their priorities lmao

Ive been stuck at this too for weeks, I think developers make mistake as this is the first time lara ooen door in this way , they should make a handle or some sign to make it easier

The 1st time I played this game, it was not this door that made me insane. It was this small crowbar that only opens one very small specific gate in a dark area. Very confusing and easy to forget, when you are also thinking about all large gates that can easily be opened by that crowbar in that same location, but the game doesn't want to. But I love TR4 as much as all the classics because it's so good to play, keeps you using your brain the entire journey. When people say TR3 is the hardest TR game, I tend to disagree. 😂 Try playing TR3 and TR4 for the 1st time without any guides, knowledge, and experience of the games. Many can manage to get through 3, but only some can do it in 4.

Love reliving these Tomb Raider games. I'm a 60 year old Brit and back in the day I was living/working in Zlin, Znojmo and Teplice. Coming home late at night to play these (then) state of the art games was fabulous fun. A nejlepsi pivo v celi svetem. Great days.

Guys I played this one when I was little and I could never beat the first mission after the tutorial. I just came back to it after 15 years to see if there was any difference and I finally beat it without watching any gameplay ❤ Now I'll see if I can beat the entire game. (The section that got me stuck was in a chamber where the floor has symbols and some of them get lit up by a fire beneath them)
