if you want a better experience of a grand suite, try the Sun Princess in a Signature Vista Suite. Because after you do, you don't want to go back to any of the Grand Suite category in the Oasis class of ship again.

@ 13:50 It takes about 30 second before your points get updated. You don't lose any points that you earned from the machine on the right. I am very familiar with how the system works especially you play on the ship that use the tap the card (instead of insert player card into the slot) and you play on the same card on multiple machines at the same time. The points will add up correctly for all the machines after about 30 or so. I am a master level on Royal Caribbean's Casino Royale and I do keep track of my points.

@@TravelTuna The only thing you have to watch out for is when you have 2 Sea Pass cards, the system will track them separately. You will need to see the casino host to request them to manually add the points points from one card to the other before the cruise ends. I left my room key in my cabin and went Guest Services to request a new room key and when I inserted in the slot machine it shows zero. I play and earned new points on the new card and had to tell them to make the adjustment.

So glad you were able to get a cruise in before it all started. Sending you all the best wishes that you have minimal side effects with treatments starting. . Unfortunately, breast cancer is no foreign topic to myself and my family, but you’re in great hands with your care and we have no doubt you’ll kick cancers 🍑 . Maybe this vlogging was started so that it could keep you occupied during those long treatments. Gods always watching out for us. 🩷

@@SamDenBleyker-cr4cg Thankfully we are going on the Virgin cruise for Christmas! Full body pet scan on December 31st with chemo starting January 6th. The calm before the storm. :-) Just make sure you get your regular mammogram. Even with me never showing an irregular mammogram before this hit out of nowhere. Crazy!

It was from the surge. The flooding from Helene was gradual so it didn't do a lot of damage. This flooding was violent and just tore into everything. Definitely relaxing today. 2 weeks of constant battering of the body and mind isn't fun. 🙂

@@MICHAELMERRITT-dm1fs We decided not to cancel because we were so exhausted from having two back-to-back hurricanes and working non-stop on cleanup for 2 weeks. It's been crazy! Devastating too because we had already had the new drywall and paint up when the second hurricane hit. We're on the cruise ship now and we're about to take a nap. 🙂

We did evacuate. We have a triplex in Fort Lauderdale and we went there. I think we are okay. The flooding seems to be a lot less than everyone thought. Our cleaner stayed in the area and her place is fine so she is going to go by our home today and let us know the condition. Hoping everything is good. We are headed out cruising on Monday and I should have a new Cruise video on Sunday. Thanks for checking in with us!

@@donnac.7119 You do get to keep your old sea pass cards. On Carnival we never turned them in. They just gave us new cards. On Celebrity they returned the old card to us later.

I just found your channel! You are so fun to watch! I wanted to add that they must hide the foot stools in the more upgraded balcony cabins on Reflection as when we were in a Concierge Class cabin last year (April 23) we had foot stools (this was a major upgrade as we paid for an oceanview guarantee cabin). I hope you had a great cruise. My daughter and I really enjoyed the Celebrity Reflection. (cabin 1186)

did you manage to hit prime status on the cruise? Myself and my wife were in vegas in April And we budgeted 150 dollars a day each. We are thinking if we budget the same for or cruise on the wonder of the seas in January we should get some good Benefits

I didn't on that one. I ended up with about 2300 points because I didn't find out about their system until the 10th day of the cruise and I only had 4 days left. Before that I wasn't playing any slots at all. When I started playing slots my points increased dramatically. So now I will play my favorite table games with a little bit of my budget and go to the slot machines after that. Do you play slots? I have a free cruise with Royal this month on Allure and I will be prime after that.

Hello! Thank you for the video! My husband and I are traveling on the Odyssey in December! We are interested in learning the different types of meals you all ate as vegan/vegetarians!

Katrina, Great to hear from you! They did have a different vegan selection each night in the main dining room and you can request the Indian dish to be vegetarian each night. They also offered a vegan dessert each night. They had a vegetarian kiosk in the buffet and marked items throughout the buffet as vegan or vegetarian on the name plate so that was good too. I was able to ask for salads or sandwiches without meat in cafe 270. You can also get veggie burgers where regular hamburgers are served. Specialty restaurants can be a bit harder. The teppanyaki was great for vegan. They made our fried rice first and left the egg out. Italian can be pretty easy for vegetarian. The best menu that we have found at sea is Carnival's! They actually have a full vegan menu that changes daily. It had wonderful shr'mp cocktail and many other items.
