We have to stay rooted and grounded on Jesus Christ the Rock of our Salvation that is for sure. 1Peter 2:4,7 And coming to Him as to a living stone which has been rejected by people, but is choice precious in the sight of God, you also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices that are acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. For this is contained in Scripture: Behold, I am laying in Zion a choice stone, a precious cornerstone, and the one who believes in Him will not be put to shame. The Holy Spirit will help us to stay very close to Jesus (the author of our salvation). We are joined with Jesus Christ, and we are part of an immovable building. Jesus is the main cornerstone and, believers are the livings stones (church). Very good encouragement!! The Lord gave David very specific instructions!!! He can do that with us, when we are fighting our own battles, and the important thing here, is to hear the Lord's guidance.
