Wow. Off the charts tight and on target timing and pocket…..although I wasn’t AS surprised when I saw that you’re a session drummer (sesh drummers are some of the best imho) …..shocked there’s not more views and subs. Your talent is impressive and underscored by the super chill way you play. I would love to one day play this well. Bravo.

@@rgetmaeus Thanks man! Your comment made my day :) I am really glad you like it! Well, if I was chasing views, I'd better be playing half naked and with lots of chops haha! But I get it, nowadays flashy is in fashion..

That room sounds great, and you in it. I'm really (!) interested to learn about the room's dimensions and wall materials. Planning to build my own (from scratch) and yours looks like such a workable place (would you do a tour of it?) Thanks ahead, keep it up. Greetings from the Netherlands.

@@mourlyvold64 Thanks a lot! Here comes some information: The room itself used to be an old butcher's workshop with tiles on the wall and a concrete ceiling. We stripped the tiles off the wall and screwed frames of wooden planks on the wall, to cover with dry-wall. So the walls are dry-wall and the ceiling is still concrete. The floor is normal pvc flooring stuff.. haha The floor space is 4.30m x 5.20m And the height is 3.70m I am really happy how it turned out and glad that you like it too! :)

@@chrisfrankdrums Thank you, Chris. Those appear to be some impressive walls (and ceiling 😊). Such mass must be highly reflective. I think you are lucky (or smart?) to have a room that comes so close to favourable room ratios. Even with the modest acoustical treatment you did it seems to sound more than reasonable. Keep up the good work, good man! And enjoy it! 👊

Very nice! You played it note by note, you keep the tempo, and every stroke was on point with the tempo. You played it very relax and you complemented the song with opening and closing the hi hats to give the song more character. Very, very nice....

The word "vintage" is thrown around today but rarely does it meet it's definition. "the time that something of quality was produced" I particularly see this with drums for sale that are very low quality such as Pearl Wood Fibreglass (which by the way I own the exact same set in cream colour). Often Westbury from 70's and old Pearls kits are "vintage". Maybe there is a buying market with more money than brains and can't differentiate vintage and just old

9 Ply-shells I guess they are about 1.2cm thick. So in modern terms it is a "heavy" shell :)
