Ah, you are right. I think my big question was if his power level is still that, due to him not having as many zenkai boost or because he transformed first on earth cause super saiyan is just a 50 times boost.

That's a weird build. I don't get why you put so much level on capacity. And it seems like you are growing both motivity and technique which does not reflect on your weapon. What's the explanation for this?

The explanation is I have none. I am just having fun and seeing where it takes me. I plan to put more into Vigor soon. But what do you suggest?

@@WildcardImmoral you seem to be going to a fable arts killer build. Vigor is good but i wouldn't go past 23. Your weapon should have a technique-A and motivity-B or C (doesn't really matter). I honestly think you're doing good but not a big fan of your legion arm (it's okay if you're a fan of blocking and breaking enemy weapons). I prefer to have the string legion arm to deliver solid melee attacks
