I’d be shocked if it’s not playing in Chicago at all, but I know some theaters have chose not to show it. I know my theaters in Michigan don’t get every independent movie either.

I unfortunately agree. Audiences would rather wait until streaming or pirate now and it’s disappointing.

It's not about money, it's about awarness and it's disappointing that, big movie stars don't talk over SOUND OF FREEDOM, and many of them are parents !!! shame !!!

Yesterday I saw The Way of Water in 3D. This movie was amazing! I'm super excited to see how they carry out this story moving forward.

Honestly, I had no idea it was real until it popped up on Paramount+ last week 😂 My curiosity might get the best of me

When the serial killer franchises and series end, it's because the real world has eclipsed it. Ad they've become moot. Like Twilight Zone. And as for Black Adam, it was garbage. The corporate message wasn't rammed down everyone's throat, instead reverting back to seasoned and hidden in plain sight - All caucasian characters are bad or weak, or are sacrificed. The voice of reason is netflixed. The main character throws beaten helpless men into new countries and downplays 'They're dead', and it's forgotten in minutes or less. But one 'strong female character' the main character doesn't know or have any loyalty or history to gives the main character a single tongue lashing, and they become Super Simp. As for the supporting characters in the film they were cardboard cookie cutter characters, rather than showing us how they're important, it's written in generic dialogue a 8 year old could write and explained point blank generating zero vested interest in them as characters for the viewing audience. It may not have been a dumpster fire, but it sure was a cleverly disguised dumpster fire.
