the backlog is just for the unsold units though, rental units in premium areas are still in demand. Though I'm also one of those people waiting for the rental prices to drop in this area 😅

Yes but how can you work in the Philippines like people do in Europe or USA! There’s No WORK in the Philippines like in Europe or America😝. But if you have the money, you can really enjoy the Philippines- cheap food, peoples compliments, beaches, scenery in the countryside and something that is in the natural environment. That’s all!!!
