Nie polecam tego hotelu zostałam w nim poprostu okradziona.

Hotel is zeer slecht geen 5 sterren waard! Mijn buitenlands kenteken auto is gekrast! En ze doen alsof er niks aan de hand is terwijl het hun verantwoordelijkheid is.. ze doen alsof ze jou helpen maar ze laten jou wachten tot je laatste dag en verder doen ze niks! Ze zijn niet vriendelijk en elkedag heb je hetzelfde eten, geen smaak! Voor drinken of drankjes wacht je minimaal 25 min tot dat jij aan de beurt bent! Kamers zijn zeer vies! Doekjes met poepvlekjes! Ijsje kost geld 😅 wifi kost geld terwijl dat ook niet goed verbinding heeft! Elke nacht zelfde soep die oud is slecht service verder word je genaait hier! Uitzicht zit er goed uit zwembad heeft ook goed uitzicht maar voor rust en eten drinken is zeer slecht 👎🏼 per dag hebben mensen klachten hier tijdens dat je aan het zwemmen bent buiten word er in je kamer gerommeld en veel mensen met klachten(goud en geld gestolen)!

I booked a 10 night holiday with family (2 adults and 2 kids) at this resort (early Aug 2022) and there is no way it is 5 star resort. Not cheap at all. It was the worst holiday of my life. They charge, £10.00 per device for WiFi , there is no iron or ironing board in rooms, the food is literally chips and nuggets for brek, lunch, and supper, it made Macdonalds ans Burger feel like al a carte. I was approached by drug dealers offering drugs in the bar and staff didn't care. The customer service is appalling and no one was interested in helping you unless you pay them. No health and safety. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THE REVIEWS. I thought it was people just being unhappy but actually they were spot on. The list is endless - i purchased a princess wand for my 2 year old daughter, along with an inflatable, neither worked and even when changed, the returned items were put back on sale to rip off another customer. Disgusting and in the end i had no energy to raise concerns. I wouldn't go there again if I was paid to do so! Avoid at all costs.

Is there free alcohol throughout the night and if u take the ultra inclusive offer , do u have to spend anymore money there?

Looking forward in visiting here in September, its a 5 star hotel all inclusive why are drinks in the fridge not free ?, everything should be free abd a kettle, tea cups and milk and sugar should be in the rooms and you cannot have all channels on the TV not in English that's wrong wait till I get there I will get what I want, ain't spending all that cash for nothing.
