It's hard to know how good Kai Aoki actually is on the ground compared to a wrestler or BJJ. He seems great. He could definitely beat me. His opponents suck on the ground. I do BJJ and judo. I'm not good at either. I prefer judo. I can see that a blue belt in BJJ would've had an answer for most of these submissions...
