Don’t build with these guys. 5 months over contract and still no commitment on date to handover. Just BS excuses. Worst experience. In the world of social media you can’t get away with customer service like this.

If only this was still true of Clarendon. This video and any others like it, should be immediately removed. I could not agree with one simple aspect of what these guys commented. Our dream build with Clarendon has been nothing but a nightmare!

Build Double Storey house with Clarendon homes almost 3 years now. Done hybrid steel frames and now steel web floor joists making clicking and squeaking noise while anyone walks on the floors. This is a complete defected on there steel floorings system. Don't no how this will be fix.

Hello Steve, Hebel is covered under our 2 year general defect period. The warranty is then passed onto our Hebel supplier.

Styrene pods is not good for our environment, you should consider a recyclable plastic system, like Cupolex or Biax..
