Jay was grate but phil in his prime is something else. Small waist, muscles everywhere, definition shap as a blade. No wonder he was so many titles. If he didnt lose the waist through the years im quite sure he could have won at least 10 titles

@@b1uclan431He’s narrow as fuck. I’m wider than him and I’m 130 pounds 😂 it’s all shoulder/clavicle width. Dorian and Ronnie SMOKE Phil from behind, and so does Jay. Top 4 of all time, but Phil is the weakest from behind. He’s more of a Jack of all trades. Jay had the best from the front, Dorian from the side tricep and the lat spread, and Ronnie from the back double biceps and most muscular.
