architecture is getting overrated

AI does not know the zoning regulations and design specifications. AI cannot take our business away. HIGHLY LIKELY I'm in Turkey. Zoning specifications may change even locally (floor limit, roof material, facade compositions, etc.).

it would be very cool if for each AI architecture software you would provde the same inputs and we would see the output (project, renderings etc). In your opinion which one is the best so far?

It is the worst customer service. They advertise that they will give you 10 days free trial but the unsubscribe button is not working properly. You do the procedure and you get the message that you unsubscribed. 10 days later you receive an invoice and when you try to contact them (it seems that an ai program is responding) they try to tell you that you are crazy. They steal money if you do not like their service. It is the worst experience on internet globally.

I was looking at Spacio's website for their pricing but didn't see anything. Do you know how much it cost?

i think the tool wants dimensions in feet, not meters. That's why it's unable to generate a design using your dimensions. Notice how when you click "surprise me" it makes the numbers bigger, like 20x20 for garage, which is a reasonable size in feet.

Kinda turned off by the fact that its an Israeli product. We know upon which land these architects are working. Stolen land and new settlements. Not spending money here. Thanks from South Africa.

There are still a bunch of wonky stuff happening architecturally. For example, exit stairs, wall thicknesses, no distinguishable fire wall separation for exit stairs, doors swinging in the wrong direction for egress, suite layouts are strange, etc. It is still impressive, but much like ai image generators, it creates the architectural equivalent of 6 fingers on a human.

It is both scary and amazing. I also don't like the machine doing the "design", except maybe for us to explore a number of possible layouts. I don't trust the details since so much of that is regionally based. Like you I love the idea of generating construction documents, especially if SWAPP can take our 3d design model and then draft up the plans. That would be a fantastic tool. Although, we would still have to double check every single line, dimension and detail. I also like your term "pasturized" as a way to highlight the limits of AI generated designs.

Im a student of architecture and i definitely do like traditional styles of architecture more than today's modern architecture but i dont agree with the idea that only traditional architecture should be the future and not give a chance to new ideas of architecture. There is this beauty of the past that i do like but modern skyscrapers look cool in the nighttime and the technology and engineering is amazing, i do agree that modern architecture is more of an individualistic kind of architecture that foesnt relate to the historic community but even new ideas of traditional architecture that came from breaking older traditions of architecture people didn't like it. I feel like the new will always be disliked becuase people like to judge very fast saying that it doesn't relate to the community.
