does this still work? I'm wondering because i have a guy that I met on gta, when I played with him he claimed that his car is glitched and he doesn't know why, which i still dunno if I belive him or not, point is, it's only in the lm87 and he just gains speed almost infinitely, I copied his exact modifications for the car but couldn't get the same result, if anyone knows why that maybe lemme know, so is it the fps? and what does 188 and 811 mean I see people commenting here about it but dunno what it means. HELP

it is the fps, anything above 155 is going to allow the LM87 to gain glitched speed and from 169 fps to 188 it should max out around 215 mph on flat with its glitched speed, so you compete with those who don't
