I have the Bulletpoint mounting system that holds phones, go pros or handhelds mounted on the dash. In the center of it I have the go pro adapter mounted.

We did use one to measure from the nut to the edge of the tire. We were just trying something new.

We were changing out the factory track bar for a Metalcloak one. Trying to adjust the length.

Sorry, dude, but your buddy Dave is incorrect. That is no measure at all about whether that axle is centered properly. There is no guarantee at all that those front fenders are equidistant from their respective frame rails. The ONLY points to measure from are the frame rails. Period. In fact, there are measuring points on the frame rails for cross measurements already on the rails from the factory.
