This is the first white boarding video of my life and I'm so glad I bumped into this. Really helpful. Thank you so much!

Hi Risa, I Like the great content you provide here, just want to understand, for this video, what is the role you're aiming for this whiteboard challenge? Is it a Product designer or a UX designer? And what is the difference between a UX design whiteboard challenge and a Product design whiteboard challenge?
@RisaPizza14 ай бұрын
Thanks for the comment! The role I was playing was a Product Designer. Product Designers lean more into Business Strategies. So to my understanding, Product Designer have a larger scope of responsibility.

I love this video! It's rare to see a B2B whiteboard challenge on KZbin. Unfortunately it seems 100days.design has been closed. Otherwise it's a really good resource.

may I ask your ipad configuration? Cause I used to draw with iPad once with mine, and it reacted quite slow.

Thank you so much for this in-depth look at this process. I'm about to start applying for jobs and this part of the process is intimidating. This really helps me understand what to expect.

Hi Risa, thanks for your video! This was really informative. I am currently studying to become a UX designer and these whiteboard challenges look super scary and nerve wracking lol But thank you so much for your tips!

You must be very courageous to do the Whiteboard challenge "all alone" in front of the camera and upload it online. Big clap for this lady.

Thank you Risa, for sharing your process live. I practiced the WBC today by doing the same prompt as yours and then came back to watch the rest of your video. It was really helpful and interesting to compare my approach with yours and check the steps I missed or should address. One question: I purely focused on the organizer during the whole process while you analyzed 3 types during the discovery phase and then prioritized the organizer. Which would be better? Can I verbally mention that the first type is the most important archetype and then dive into that one from the beginning of the exercise?

Hey Risa, this is really good and raw video of Whiteboarding challenge, it gives me somehow a real process of the process. and really love how you utilize the fig jam, I was also thinking of using fig jam for Whiteboarding. one thing I want to ask, what do you think if I prepare all the steps and widget before hand? does it common to be done or not? Once again, thank you for this great video :D

According to the prompt, I think the main user should focus on the event group owner, and the user's needs and solutions also focus on them.

Hey Risa, your journey and growth is really inspiring, well done and I hope you continue to gain momentum! One insight that I'd love for you to share is on the US work visa situation and the work auth you obtained. You mentioned moving without a job, was this because recruiters don't usually respond to candidates from abroad? Was moving helpful for recruiters to apply for your h1b (assuming you're on this visa)?
