The Gatorland website says it soars over Cuban and Nile crocodiles and the gator breeding marsh. But after reading your comment, I don’t remember seeing it over the crocodiles display. Oh, well. An excuse for me to go back!

They assigned us by height-shortest to tallest toward the back. I look shorter than the guy in font of me due to the camera position. There was a professional bobsled pilot in front, out of frame. The forward looking camera was on his helmet.

the fleas on the rats technically, so having a cat wouldn't have necessarily meant youd have lived but the likelihood that the cat would have actively worked to kill the rat would make sense, and not sure If it had to have been a flea that bit a rat or if anyflea could transmit it

It’s not an individual thing it’s a collective thing. The fleas had plenty to feast on because the lack of cats means an abundance of rats. So it spread faster

i had a beat-up Dodge Dart at university, and an early class, so i would always get a parking spot right in front of the hall along the sidewalk & right at the end where the yellow "no parking" started so i could always get out easily - came back one morning & clueless rich frat-boy had parked behind me in the yellow no-parking part, blocking me in - so i call the parking cops to come watch me pull out in case i "accidentally" dinged his car - while they're writing him a ticket, clueless rich frat-boy comes running up, jumps in & tries to pull away (did he think that if he "got away" there wouldnt be a ticket?) - cop stood in front of his car & ordered him out etc - i made sure to point and laugh as i left.
