That my friend, is coil while. Nothing you can do about it except for living with it or RMA-ing it

Rmaing it is useless most GPUs have coil whine

@@PlinkyVR Not true. Coil whine is a defect, it's not normal. I have had 5 GPU's in the past and only the lastest one (MSI GTX 1660 Super Gaming X) had coil whine. RMA'd it instantly.

Coil whine is simply the vibration of the coil in an inductor as the power passes through it. On a high end graphics card, ten or more large inductors would help provide power to critical components on the card." Directly from EVGA

It’s not I have this issue too it’s the crystals in the monitor heating up after inactivity for too long.
