Important to be aware.

LinkedIn is a horrible website and has a lot of suspicious posts with a lot of extreme political statements as posts. I freshly made an account and immediately got political posts on my recommendations page. Absolutely disgusting posts were there and it never stopped even after trying to remove them with the settings. I have now applied for over 20 jobs, some of them I have 3+ years of experience in, and got declined in all of them. I need the sidejob to get csn. I even have the permit as EU citizen. They never even invited me to an interview to give me a chance. I redid my whole CV many times just to make it more appealing, I'm studying sfi c3, and really need the 10 hours to even be eligible for csn. I do understand that you need to contribute to the country in order to get something like csn but then they should at least make it easier for foreigners to find a job. I keep trying and trying and just get either ignored or rejected. One company even just looked at my CV for 3 minutes and then declined me. (I got a LinkedIn notification that the company is looking at my CV and 3 minutes later I got the rejection email)... Its not even a big city with big companies, just smaller or more moderate areas which means less competition and yet I still fail over and over. I even went to a job convention and talked to companies who said that I should apply, so I did.. 3 days later: rejection. If my partner wouldn't help me out financially, I would be homeless by now. And no, I am not joking. I was crying so many times. All my life savings are gone. I just wanted to live the dream of studying for free and having a better education becasue where I'm from, it costs a lot of money. I left everything behind took all I could and moved. I went to a seminar and this one guy was telling us "companies search for you and yes, they do want English speakers and people who just speak a little swedish aswell. They got more tolerant to that.", yeah sureeeee. I experienced first hand that it's absolutely not true, and even if they got more tolerant, there are only this many jobs... All the recruitment sites show me full-time jobs in big cities. I see all these comments saying that they got lucky and I am truly envious, but also congratulations to those, who weren't as unfortunate. On the bright side, I'm not homeless, thanks to my partners' support. It could be worse.
