Respect!!Great restoration.👍Much hard work.I own a79 volare coupe 318.It was nearly rustfree but had a very bad repaired crash. I managed to repair all the damage but had big problems in getting spare parts because of living in germany.I only have seen this car here twice on meetings. The colour is the same as yours and it's fun to drive with. Greetings from germany!

Nice job. I like the paint you picked. It seems to go well with the time frame of the Aspen. And the Hemi Orange paint on the slant six looks great in the engine bay, but overall, everything came together nicely. It is interesting that at the start of the video is a Volvo wagon in front of the Aspen. Two similar wagons and also different.

Damn where did you get that grille at that thing is mint. My first car had a broken grille because it was made of real brittle plastic and the guy who owned it before my broke it opening the hood and then a bird flew into it and broke it even more anyway at that time back in the early 90's I could not find one that was in good condition and I knew others that were looking for them too because they would break so easy

My first car was a 1979 Aspen 2 door coupe it was red on red with the super six 225. I was a great car and would always fire up in winter time. I have never seen a 200 KM 120 MPH speedo in them cars all the one's I ever saw was 85 MPH 140 KPH must be because it was a foreign car because all the USA/ Canada cars all have 85 MPH speedometer

I had a 79' Dodge Aspen . Dark brown. With a golden brown vynil top , 4 door, 8 cylinder. Good car ! But I had to rebuild the transmission twice . The rear end took a crap on me ..and the mechanics rebuilt that too. They said: "we're still trying to figure out how you drove it here, in the condition it's in...cool . It's a tank ! Once everything has gone bad and has been replaced on it...then it's a really good car . Otherwise, too much maintenance for something that only gets about 22 miles per gallon ....
