8:24 Maya is better than Black Takao because better gun angles/range. 12:50 That voice is terrible. It’s sounds like it was ported over and done with little care.

Black Admiral Hipper is the best of the 3 in class. It's a stellar ship that teaches you how to use AP. It's one of my favorite ships in the game! Worth it!

If you’re going to rate premium ships on whether you’d spend money on them, then they should all go in ‘Dear god why’. That’s not really rating the ships though is it. The majority of my premiums I either got for free, came in a blitz pass, or spent metal (free). It would be far more useful to rate them on how good they are, not whether they’re worth spending money on (they aren’t).
